Absolutely delightful experience at this Gelato palace. Staff were friendly and helpful and recommended the cannoli. They were not wrong. Best cannoli Ive had outside of Italy.

I would say probably the best bacon butty in driffield hot chocolate could have been hotter , next time I'll ask for it to be extra hot , staff very nice , overall it was close to perfect

Poor standards have crept into what started as an excellent cafe. Sunday 16 April at 1230: The staff did not greet us. We ordered a pizza to share and three drinks. The pizza was not fully cooked and the cheese not melted in the centre. Fell apart. No cutlery was provided, we had to get our own. No checks were made on the food to allow a complaint. Members of the staff spent 20 minutes talking to their friend and his dog whilst paying customers sort themselves out. No email address or website hence this post. The staff do not care and are either poorly trained or bone idle. No thank you or goodbye. Not busy. Sadly, we will likely not return after this experience Which is a shame as it was a favourite place and the owners are good people let down by their staff.
