        My son bought a house on there, with his girlfriend and two children. Because they are quiet and don't make a fuss, they received no added insentive like others who got carpets and flooring or a lawn put in the back garden, they have had lots of snagging problems they are still waiting for the work to be carried out since Nov. I will never recommend Tilia to anyone.
