        Had a problem with my Ford Kuga (still under warranty) Richardson's were great they picked my car up from my drive and resolved the issues, hopefully won't be speaking to them any time soon, thanks again to the the service team, they are a credit to your company

        Very professional, very helpful and friendly, I would honestly not take my Ford anywhere else for Service. The prices are realistic and you always get a quote in advance.

        I had an issue with my car after it had been stolen and retrieved. I contacted my dealership and from the first phone call until picking up my car after the repair the staff made my experience as easy as possible. They went out of their way to meet my needs and were sensitive to what had happened. Everything was dealt with in a very professional and friendly manner. I couldn't fault them in any way as they made me feel very valued and comfortable.
