Im not normally one for reviews but today I was remembered why we should support local businesses! In the high street today, my two year old daughter accidentally knocked my Rayban sunglasses off of my head. In a moment of extreme misfortune the person behind accidentally stood on them, bending the arm into a position that looked irreparable. I popped into Specsavers who would not even entertain the idea of looking at them and might as well have laughed me out of the door. I then called into K S Eyewear and the gentlemen paused what he was doing, took my glasses, got his little toolkit out and in 5 minutes had them back to new - he even gave them a quick clean! He was very happy to have helped resolve an extremely unfortunate event, for which Im very grateful for! The level of personal and bespoke customer service received here reminded me how important it is to support our local businesses who are there for us when we really need them!
