Mark came out for a simple job, bathroom fan for main and en-suite, perhaps too simple as never quoted for it. I repeatedly asked if he wanted the job and to just update us either way, as I would have found someone else, but nothing. Its a simple system, either quote for the work or advise the potential customer its not for you or indeed you are too busyits not that hard! Trades people can sometimes be short sited and be busy for the next few months,. If you are dont mess the customer about. If youre not too busy, then you are indeed a messer! Either way very poor! After reading response from owner, totally untrue, the electricians were poor who fitted the ducting hence asking Power Somic. Its interesting Power Sonc could guess y thoughts when they didnt respond at all and thats the point Marc, if you didnt want the job at least respond once and have say no! So not rogue customers, you are the architect of your own negative review and I fully stand by our review. Bad Bad customer service, just take the hit instead of trying to blame the customer. The question is did you come back at all and say anythingNO!
