We chose this company to renovate our bungalow as they were members of the FMB. Following disputes over low quality work we agreed a way forward and dates - this has not been adhered to many months later. Our whole house was fitted with the same laminate flooring but no thresholds were put in and it is now pulling apart with gaps in many areas. The floor in our dining area is so sloping we have to have a block of wood under a unit so the pots do not slide off. The roof they completed has a leak and bows in the kitchen. On top of these and many other issues they did not submit planning where needed or employ a building control inspector so we now have a council enforcement letter to manage. This is just a small example of all the issues we have had. Date of experience: 08 February 2022

I recently carried out some work for Kepi International on a large project they were undertaking. A very well run operation with a full site induction and safety instructions. I was also made to feel very welcome by the site foreman and was provided with as much help as the team could offer to make my job easier. Looking around at the quality of the work on show these guys obviously know what they are doing, the finish was great and the whole operation seemed very efficient. Great company, with good knowledgeable staff, would be more than happy to be on site for this company again.
