Denise and Stephen were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Just such lovely people and extremely professional. We had an empty property to sell and they styled it in an imaginative and clever way as well as giving advice on contemporary decoration and carpet colours. After 6 months of not securing a sale for a new property I developed I then called in Home Styling Company to assist. After visiting the property they provided a scheme that complimented the design of the house. They dressed the house and pictures were uploaded to my Rightmove folder. We find it near-impossible to describe and to do justice to what wonderful work Denise and her team have done for us in dressing our flats. Not once but two properties in quick succession! For each one, it was done at such a speed and with such perfection that we managed to find a buyer for each in a few weeks, even in this difficult housing-market condition. We are simply in awe of her services: you get a full spec and pricing within a couple of days, and the installation is scheduled and done almost immediately after. In that unbelievably quick turnaround, what you get are extremely detailed and prompt communications, incredibly stylish staging with top-of-the-range furniture and effects, and top-quality photos - lots of them. We could not recommend The Home Styling Company strongly enough. We have been lucky to find Denise and only wish that we had done so sooner. We had a 2 bed flat that had been on the market for 6 weeks we were struggling to sell with a local estate agent. I called Denise for her help and it is clear from our results that she knows her stuff. Denise gave a candid assessment of the advert and photographs our estate agent had prepared and a clear list of actions to improve the presentation of each room. Within a week, we had made all of the improvements and taken new photographs. We uploaded a new advert without the help of our estate agent and showed the property viewings ourselves. Within 48 hours of the new listing going live we had 4 viewings and 3 offers. My estate agent's only advice had been to drop the price when we didn't get interest at first but as a result of the staging we achieved 5k more than they had first told me to expect for the property. I even saved another 1200 by not having to pay my selling agents fee. I would highly recommend anyone in a situation similar to ours, struggling to sell a property and unable to work out why, to take on Denise's services and take charge of the process for themselves.
