I am Head of Governance at the London Diocesan Board for Schools, and Michele provided Safer Recruitment training to governors and trustees in our 160+ schools for more than a decade. Her training is always very well received, with excellent feedback. She is professional, responsive, and up to date with changes to statutory guidance and policy. We were particularly impressed by the speed with which she moved to online training during the pandemic, which meant that the training offer to our schools continued seamlessly.
