I took my car to 4 winds to diagnose a vibration issue. They couldn't find anything. They looked again and advised I needed new brake pads (I hadn't had any brake issue). After leaving, the brakes were squeaking so I had to go back where they then identified that there was a rust rim on the disc which was causing the squeaking. This was on there at the time of the pad and caliper change. This then resulted in me having to bring the car back and pay a second labour charge to have the disc replaced instead of it being replaced when they saw it the first time. When I brought it back a second time, they then ordered the wrong part so I had to come back and collect an unrepaired car (all with taxi fare back and forth adding to an already high expense). I brought it back for the third time to then have the discs fitted. A week later and the brakes are still squeaking, despite daily driving and hundreds of miles so well beyond 'settling in'. I will now have to start from scratch and have the full brakes replaced, or at the very least inspected, elsewhere so the car is drivable and pay hundreds of again (even though I never had a brake issue before taking it in). I cannot recommend. Also the vibration issue that they could not diagnose was fixed by Halfords for 40. Service: Auto brake repair

Very knowledgeable and precise in what they do. Jordan was great throughout and has restored my ever disappearing confidence in a genuine garage. Will now be my go to for future work needed. .

I have been dealing with Mike at The Four Winds garage for many years and have always found his work and the personal service that he provides excellent. I was there today with my 50 year old Daimler Sovereign for an MOT. It was good to catch up with Mike and to get the Daimler checked over before a planned trip to the Classic and Restoration show at the NEC this weekend.
