Firstly they turn up late and only because I chased them. Took photos and two weeks later nothing. My roof is leaking badly. Called again, send someone out again. 2 weeks later nothing and Id chased this. They he comes out, takes the same photos, over a week later nothing. They were supposed to arrange scaffolding but again NOTHING. Called Mears who got the scaffolding put up. Over a week later and NOTHING. Then they tried to kick the can down road and I insisted they come out asap. The guy turns up and tells me 8 tiles need replacing. He bought 4 the wrong colour and took 4 from my neighbour. Used my neighbours tiles and left the job. Didnt replace the felt which was where the water was leaking in. And now I have to wait even longer with scaffolding in my neighbours garden!!! This company is a disgrace and nothing but cowboys. Avoid at all costs! Service: Roof repair

Rude, lazy and obnoxious staff. Cant make a roof that doesnt leak it seems, and then for repairs they let themselves into your property without informing you, take photos, and leave site without even bothering to investigate the issue because they cant get in the loft No lock on the loft hatch, no one told us they were rummaging round our house without invite, no bother to do the work, after a quick exit and off to lunch on their day rates. Typical of a contractor on contracts with new builders. Staff in the call centre are more interested in an argument than actually booking or solving anything. Seemingly endorse their workmen letting themselves into peoples property uninvited. Reviews here are generous at 3 stars. But if youre here reading this youve probably seen the large number of competitors that have 4-5 star reviews so wont use these anyway. Horrific example of a contractor and frankly have no place near a roof, nor peoples homes. Trespassers and just terrible roofers. Avoid.
