I realise there could be a problem getting the shed I ordered but after umpteen phone and emails to this company nobody had the good manners to call me back the one time I got though they said they would call me back within the week with final delivery date but once again no reply I therefor emailed cancellation of my order they didn't even acknowledge that I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone Service: Shed installation

Ordered shed mid may, through the pandemic, instructed for installation on the 31 july 2020, and on the 30th July had to contact to what time due for installation, was then informed that they ran out of timber, which i took as okay, understandable, under the circumstances, so re arrange for the 7th august, informed after me ringing again to check and still no timber, promised this would be installed on the 15th, was infromed timber would be here, yet agin told that they were behind on making sheds, the rearranged for a week later then told two days behind on deliveries, so rearranged again for the folowing monday then told fitters are 2 days behind as had new fitters starting, and then no contact, very poor communication, feel like its just excuse after excuse, i am now still waiting for contact to reaarange fitting, very poor customer service.
