Shears plumbing heating & gas

Ben and his team couldnt be more helpful. We contacted shears to move and replace our old boiler, the lady on the phone was welcoming, friendly and reassured us this was something Shears could do. Ben came to take a look and give us some advice. He was insightful, informative, pleasant and easy to get along with.They are a highly responsive team with excellent communication skills and arrived when they said they would. The work was carried out to very high standards. The whole team all worked really hard and everything was cleaned up before they left. We cant recommend Shears enough as the whole experience was positive and we will definitely be using them in the near future.

All in all ended up ok. My only issues after was that my floor boards now squeak very bad and that they left my carpets in a bad way. Couldnt shut one door as the underlay was all folded up underneath and bits missing. Marks all down the wall on the stairs and fingerprints all over the door frames and doors. They were on time and was friendly people. I Would use again. Just a shame the new boiler is way louder than my old one. But Im sure its more efficient. Service: Heating system installation
