The management is so unprofessional. I went for an interview and they said they will get back to me. Apparently the manger went on holiday I tried to get in touch numerous times but they kept avoiding calls. also when I started my new job I met someone else who told me she was offered the job but then they just stopped answering calls avoiding her and messed her about for 3 weeks before she landed another job. I'm a health care professional visiting for resident visits. Truly the most respectful team, with high quality environment. I would happily encourage a relative to move here in their twilight years. Mar 28th, 2023

Father was moved here from Airedale hospital on a 6wks end of life care program. But the dedicated care by the brilliant staff he has made a great recovery and hopefully will be coming home soon. Only one small blip in his medical care that was sorted very quickly. Nov 30th, 2021

Anyone out there looking for a caring home for a loved one , look no further. My brother and i had to make the agonising guilt ridden decision after a stay in hospital for mam.we knew she needed care we sadly couldnt provide at home. The day mam joined dales,we were allowed to take her clothes the day before ,and i was allowed to be there when mam arrived from hospital to help settle her .As mam was confused to start with and rather cross with me . the nurse Sheridan was there straight away to comfort mam, i was distressed also Sheridan calmed me also,,, her words'' we are here for not only your mother but for you also''. Those words were like magic to me . Mam has been at dales for 6 weeks now .the Dales is clean warm and oh so caring .Every single member of staff i can honestly say are doing there job for the right reason to give care . The difference in mams health is amazing ,she has settled so well ,,,, thanks to the bonds she has with certain staff too many to mention but i must say Farzana ,Chester ,Ed, Sheridan, thr Kay ,they go the extra mile for mam what more could you wish for .Also thank you Maxine for the laundry care first class, make sure items have your loved ones names on .NOW compliments to the Chef and his team ,, the food is so fresh and looks like your eating in a top class restaurant .Mam tells me the porridge is the best she has eaten and at 92 she has had a lot of porridge .The receptionists Georgina, and Tracy are great to talk to on the phone for any queries . The management Roisin and Melanie are hands on which i think is so reassuring. The main thing to me in writing this review is the health and happiness of my Mam .Thank you all on MemoryLane i know mam is in good hands ,which is good feeling for all of our family . I stand by this review as i have only spoken the truth , i would be quick to say if i had a problem . Thank you one and all xxx Nov 13th, 2021
