My wife and I have been having 121 Pilates classes with Diane for 5 weeks now, having a tailored programme has been brilliant. We laugh a lot which makes this an entertaining and enjoyable session, though the exercising/stretching is very real. It is already making a difference to my lower back, and hopefully as I develop abdominal/core strength the benefits will keep on coming. Although it is still early days the gains in mobility alone, would be enough to keep us motivated and coming back for more. If you have ever thought about trying Pilates, Diane is the Lady to show you the way and we highly recommend her.

Ive been doing Dis classes for a few years now both through Zoom (especially during Covid) and by going to live classes. Ive never been the biggest fan of exercise classes but these are completely different and the improvement in my physical and mental well-being cannot be underestimated. Dis classes just seem to fly by as they are always varied but more importantly there are different levels given for each exercise so everyone can work to their own capabilities. I can tell my core strength has improved greatly and I am so much more flexible now. Cannot praise these classes enough.

Diane combines Pilates and Personal Training to offer the ultimate work out. I have been going to weekly 121 sessions since last year and I am very pleased with the results. Diane tailors the session according to the areas I want to focus on including strong core, glutes and better posture. The lower back pain I have experienced for 9 years has improved as I am getting stronger, more flexible and toned. I can highly recommend Diane as a Pilates teacher!

Dianes' classes are a joy, she makes everything look so easy and her spoken instructions are very clear. You are gently encouraged to go just that little bit further each time and I am amazed at how much I have improved in such a short time. I started about five weeks ago and have managed to attend 4 or 5 classes via "Zoom" in that time. I can already feel the benefits of increased flexibility and can see my body firm up. Being able to participate in an Online Pilates class during lockdown is a joy and really helps remove the stress and constant anxiety brought on by this pandemic. Thank you so much.

I went to a fantastic Pilates class with Diane which I found so inspiring and helpful to me as it has been a long time since I last did any exercise. Diane 's approach to teaching is excellent, she is professional, patient and understanding of everyone's needs. She has a lovely bubbly personality and a real enthusiasm for exercise which she passes on to everyone she teaches. I highly recommend!
