Kid-friendliness: Staff were very good, speaking to the kids not at them. Kids menu was was good. Parking: Plenty of parking, well made ground with easy access to the building. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access to the pub and building from the car park.

Fantastic lunch at the plough and Harrow. Lovely Carvery! Very fresh and piping hot! The staff were very friendly! we first visited over Easter which was beautiful and reasonably priced considering the price of everything going up and cost of meat etc. the chef on the carvery was super friendly and accommodating. When we returned for lunch last week we received the same level of fabulous service & food quality. Will definitely be returning.

Very unfortunate as when we walked in the carvery smelled lovely. But service was extremely slow, we then had the carvery which was just about warm, the vegetables looked like they had been sitting there all morning and the roast potatoes and yorkies were hard and had a funny taste, tasted like cardboard asif they had been heated back up from the past few days. We then asked for a dessert menu after clearing our plates up which the waitress didnt come back to clear the final plate and didnt even come back with the dessert menus, after a while we couldnt even flag down a waitress as no one come near us so had to go up to the bar to ask for the bill as it seemed we were forgotten about as we didnt get the dessert menus at all. The only good thing i must say is the meat portions, other than that it was a very bad first experience here, will not be returning.
