Unreliable service. Called at 9am was told send my details and I would get a call out today. Despite chasing across the day and being assured they would ring heard from no one. Could have got another provider out. Waste of a day in time sensitive situation. Edit- finally got a rude response via text message saying he said he would he try and fit me in and not everyone can jump to the top of the list. I reiterated that he had told me on this message chain I would get a call today. If you want reliability this is not the company to go for. Even trying to threaten that if I left a review they would put it down to my impatience and temper. No its due to your overpromise and lack of customer service.
