        James was excellent from start to finish. I can't make a decision to save my life, but he was really patient with me while I was looking through all the material swatches in the comfort of my own home and he quickly & easily explained the financial impact of different options that I was interested in to help narrow down my options. He kept in touch with me throughout and managed my expectations on the installation date (I didn't have to wait long!). James was so trustworthy that I just left him a key for the second installation date while I was on holiday. I had one small snagging issue and James came back within the week to sort it out for me. Would 100% recommend James and his company!
