        Very happy with the service. Everything explained clearly. Didn't feel pressured as in other opticians. When I needed new glasses it was really nice to get advice on what suited and what didn't. Thankyou.

        As a new patient I was quickly and efficiently seen by your optician Jack Higgins who informed me that both e yes required a cataract operation, this he arranged with the NHS. I have been seen by him after these operations and he prescribed reading and driving spectacles which I have just received. I would like you to know that I have been efficiently and pleasantly treated by all the staff at Bass Opticians and would recommend them to friends.
