So called doctor Natasha is useless, rude and not professional at all, I dont believe shes a good doctor and couldnt do anything right

This surgery has been bad for years, long before covid. Trying to get a prescription filled is a nightmare, I can put the slip in or order it online on a Monday and it still isnt filled on the Friday, even worse when it comes to filling prescriptions for inhalers as my friend has had trouble with that for years. The same with the doctors, any of the ones Ive seen recently, and thankfully dont really need the surgery outside a prescription, make you feel like youre wasting their time, a nuisance and arent really listening to you! After asking for a letter of referral for my own private health insurance for a chiropractor, all I was told was chiropractors arent available on the NHS, which I wasnt wanting to go through anyway, and had to wait over 2 months for a referral letter to finally arrive and then it was for an NHS physio, meaning my back problems had got worse in that time. Many other issues over the years, both pre and post covid, and will be changing surgeries very soon.

Easier to get an appointment with the Pope! Went to collect my prescription to be informed I need a Doctor to sign it off, fine but it was supposed to have been available last week, today having run out of pills, and unable to get in last week, but apparently note sent to GP ( whoever that is?) by pharmacy last week but no action taken! Told today 13 off with Covid, I didnt think they had 13 people? Messaged again to GP might be ready this pm will message, never happened not exactly what you would expect or hope for.
