I've been coeliac (gluten free) for about 21yrs now and last night I had the best gluten free battered cod in all that time! Cooked to perfection and the batter was crispy and tasty. Mum and dad had 'normal" fish and chips and said the chips were fantastic, dad went back for more even though he normally has a small appetite...I will recommend Dietary restrictions: Gluten free on a weds
