Went in on a Thursday and the staff were very rude and unprofessional, appalling way to treat customers! Will NOT be returning!

Went in (during opening hours) and they were still setting up. The guy was clearly late / hungover. He hadn't changed the clocks back either.

Friday. Nothing but rude staff. Not what I would of expected. Definitely gone down hill since becks has left. Sort it out Bob

Called in this morning 10.10am. Man infront of us ordered 9 baps. Lady cooking got very annoyed and shouted "thats it breakfast is finished i cant deal with this". Trainee was very apologetic and we had a coffee. I work in retail and this attitude is unacceptable. We would of waited for more to be cooked. But how she spoke we wont be back.
