Berni is a great trainer. We set my goals at the start, which I achieved, thanks to support, sessions and a home training programme. New goals are regularly set. Sessions are great in her gym with plenty of different pieces of equipment, to challenge and develop strength. I am a 67 year old lady, proving anyone can get fit and enjoy exercise.

I started training with BH Fit as I had a ballot place for the London marathon. I had little experience of running and needed the support and guidance from Berni to help me progress. Through amazing weekly strength sessions and a personalised plan I was able to complete the London marathon in 6hrs, a time I could only dream of before starting with BH Fit. Berni is a brilliant personal trainer and I would highly recommend her!

I started with Berni with a plan to lose weight, tone, build my strength and for better mental health. With Berni's weekly plans, her support and guidance I have been able to achieve all of this and more. I couldn't be more grateful to Berni for helping me to feel more comfortable in my own skin again. If your looking for a PT who will support you, guide you and work out a plan designed to your specific needs, I couldn't recommend Berni enough. Always a friendly face and have loved our sessions. Me and my girlfriend have been training with Berni for almost a year now along side our triathlon and running training to get ready for a busy year of endurance events. She worked out specific training plans for our needs, kept us motivated all the way through and weve had some good friendly banter. Ive had pbs this year at Ironman, 100mile ultra, 100mile mountain stage race and a 50mile mountain ultra and perhaps best of all I havent been injured. Id say Bernis strength and conditioning played a big part in a successful year and Id definitely recommend her as a personal trainer.

I started training with BHFit in preparation for my first Ironman in France and my ultra stage race in Switzerland this year. I have been competing in triathlons for about 5 years previously and wanted to add something to my training in order to strengthen my core. Me and my partner worked with Berni once a week at her Gym along side our other triathlon specific training. Berni was excellent in training us together, as we had different strengths and abilities between us. She was able to tailor our sessions to work well with the different events that we had on. Berni is committed in what she does and she knows her stuff. I feel that her sessions made me stronger and I achieved my goals. Although we do not have any events booked now until next year we are still continuing to use Berni to maintain our fitness over the winter. I would recommend BHFit as a personal trainer to anyone.
