We moved into our new home on 21/10/22 and while the house itself was great with little flaws the service has been terrible. We was told Broadband would be accessible from the moment we walked into the door but a month down the line and nothing... Every time I speak to Redrow they pass the blame to BT and vice versa. No communication with its tenants at all.
