Louise Day Acupuncture

I started seeing Louise a few months ago to help with me with my energy levels (spiking and the crashing) and years of struggling with IBS symptoms. After a few initial weekly acupuncture sessions as well as following dietary advise, my energy levels have never felt more stable and I havent had a single IBS episode in months! I now try and go once a month just for a check in and a top up for stress levels. Cant recommend her enough! Thanks Louise!

I have been seeing Louise for almost 10 years now for everything from general well being and maintenance to specific issues like tennis elbow. Needless to say she has been professional and amazing throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I highly recommend Louise! I was really nervous about having acupuncture for the first time, but Louise is so friendly and knowledgeable about her therapy that my concerns were eased and I felt the benefits from my very first session!

Louise is amazing. Her wizard like skills in acupuncture have helped me manage and control my colitis. Whether Im in need of some healing or I just need an energy boost and some zen time.
