        We had a lovely stay at Percy's Retreat during Summer half term. Fantastically equipped and very well located for many outings in the New Forest. Beware that in many of the surrounding areas mobile reception is poor, so download maps or take printouts in advance. We had mobile reception at the lodge and there is WiFi, so you can organise your visits from there.

        Lovely little cottage with a small garden, nicely decorated and lovely touches when arrived, wine and biscuits etc. There were however a lot of cobwebs and spiders which should have been sorted before we arrived. Most of the spiders were dead. We cleaned them away! Nice garden furniture to sit outside which is a sun trap. Perhaps some loungers would fit nicely for relaxing on sunny days. All in all we enjoyed our week.
