We went to a fishery near by, they were having a corporate day their main website didnt indicate this though a Facebook page did. Having traveled a long distance a corporate hinted there was a fishery called Damerham trout fishery. Stunning crystal clear waters, good facilities, beautiful settings and well stocked. met Jeremy who was very knowledgeable Jeramy provided us with knowledge and tips for the day, good variety of trout everyone caught fish, and familys sat by the water side and had a picnic Highly recommend, genuinely helpful and dedicated staff. Later we met the owner John. A brilliant day out. Its a shame I can only give 5 stars. Definitely coming back soon. As a novice and a junior anyone can fish there

The location is wonderful, the fish are in great condition and sizeable! Id strongly suggest buying 6lb leaders minimum as the fish do put up a lot of fight. Even on a sunny day there are enough shaded places for the fish to go, as the landscape is mature, but there is ample space for casting. Jeremy was a great host; friendly, helpful, offering advice and flies(that were actually the ones that I caught fish on). The blue fish are really blue. Beautiful and always on a mission. The rainbows we caught were in wonderful health. In summary: A great venue with great fish. You should fish here. On second thoughts, dont, as I want the place all to myself!
