        Last time I visited and asked for proof of postage receipts I was told by the worker that she would do my 3 items this time but in future I need to print out the Bulk cert of posting form, to which I asked what do I do if I don't have a printer. She couldn't give me an answer. Install a self service machine and I'll do the job myself and your staff won't have to do one more thing!
