        Best coin op laundry i have visited Shifa, The customer service lady is amazing and always helpful.

        I took a large load of Airbnb lenings and gave to Shifa to service was. Only to find my load of washing gone missing. And the staff are extermy rude show no interest in finding my items. I asked to speak to the manager they refused to put me in touch with the manager. I'm extremely upset. Would never recommend anyone to use them for service wash!

        Had a load of laundry I desperately needed to dry so took a bus there only to find them closed half hour earlier than their stated closing time. Very frustrating as I suffer with chronic pain and I find travelling with a heavy weight difficult. Also wasted 3 in bus fare going there and straight back home.
