This builder is one in a million. After an absolutely horrendous time with a cowboy builder who turned out to be a convicted fraudster this builder Fatlum was recommended to us. We went to another happy customer to see what work he had done in her house 3 yrs previous and we were impressed with what we saw and crucially she was still happy with his work. 3 yrs on. When he started sorting out our 5 m single floor extension he and his team were punctual, worked hard, were extremely well organised, polite, quiet , hardworking clean and out neighbours constantly commented on how good they were.when we left the house. Fatlum and his team were trust worthy and worked to a very high standard throughout. 6 months later after very heavy rain storms and 3 skylights on the roof we are still cosy, watertight and living the dream. Weve had him back to do other work for us since and will do again. What I would also like to add here is that if anyone reading this would like to see his work let us know because we think builders like him should get the work and not the cowboys.
