How nice to visit a really well run company with a motivated and customer service focused team. Had my car in for a bit of body work. Professional and friendly greeting from Louise on reception. Really neat yard and office area (with relevant safety and business information.) that tells me a lot about how the business is run. Prompt and efficient (and friendly) assessment on damage from Lee. Quote returned within the day and work done a few days later. Connall booked the car in. Nice polite and really helpful young man who got a nice clean courtesy car provided for me and really was helpful in explaining the process. Excellent repair job done in two days and the car immaculately cleaned outside for me to pick up. Really happy with the service and repair and would heartily recommend. These guys resprayed my octavia back in January. They did the whole car, happy with price quoted and work done was first class. I even had extra mods fitted and there was no problem with taking these on.I would happily recommend ALS body shop.
