Very Rude staff, she came to her work and she saw people carrying some clothes coming towards her, she just quickly pick up the bags that left outside and shut the door immediately and ignored the people who want to donate their clothes. It seems she already got enough clothes, do not want more! Can't imagine how does she treat those donated clothes and her altitude is very bad!

I only shop at charity stores and visit several a week. This is one of the worst charity shops I have been to. They constantly put out damaged and dirty clothes with holes and rips that should be put in the ragging bin. Every time Ive seen something I like, Ive discovered serious issues. Staff have been rude when Ive pointed them out. Furthermore they squash and squeeze so many items on the rails that its almost impossible to look through. Often there are several obstacles of bulky items left on the floor blocking access to the rails. The management seem to think the more they can put on the shop floor the more they will sell however this has the opposite effect. Not just the worst charity shop in downham but the worst in SE london and Ive shopped at them all, several times over.
