        Randomly searched wood pellets from a local business and up popped Bowland Bioenergy! Wow ! What a fabulous service and staff! From my initial telephone call, questions I asked, the information they gave me and through to me visiting and collecting my order - everything was great! A wonderful service (and a smile!) and i will be a returning customer! Highly recommended and great to support an independent business!         They have been delivering to me for at least 3 years now - this is included in the cost and they stack the pellets too. They have never let me down. I get both pellets and briquettes.

        Details and prices on the website aren't correct - They have no idea how their own payment system works resulting in a double order. Called me back to say the advertised prices were wrong and I'm now outside their delivery area, before hanging up on me!
