        I highly recommend Oana! She has always greated me with a smile and a hug! I trust her doing my face waxing every week and she dose it with such joy, tenderness and will always go the extra mile to make sure I am always satisfied! Always in a joyful mood and our conversations are a joy to look forward to! Thank you Oana for being the best in everything you do! I apreciate you so much! And definitely recommen her!         It leaves a really bad taste in people's mouths when they go in for one thing, you persuade them for another and then you charge them for it at the end!!! I didn't ask for that - you suggested it to me!!! Same issue as other reviewers on here so there's clearly a pattern emerging. Quoted me 30, charged me 35. I also don't appreciate being called 2 minutes before my appt to ask where I am! I was perfectly on time. Real shame tbh as the haircut isn't bad. The service however, is not trustworthy. Would not recommend.
