        Very happy and lucky that we have this centre at our doorstep. Excellent swimming and gym facility and lovely staff too!

        The gym is good but the opening times it's very bad. Mon to Fri the gym is closed at 9pm. It should be at least closed at 10pm. And on weekends it's worst the gym is closed at 3pm at least should be closed at 5pm . Not even the shops closed at that time 3pm on weekend . People they got work and they Finnish late and after they need to go gym but its CLOSED that's why we moved to the other gyms to Grove Park to catford... because of their opening times is very good. But the time of this gym it's bad not good at all.. I hope the managers to work on it to sort out this problem then they can get more customers. Mon to Fri gym close at 10 pm instead of 9pm Sut and sun gym close at 5pm instead of 3pm.
