Very happy with the practice. We usually see Doctor Vela who's an amazing doctor, very professional, always gives great advice and treatments for our family (with 2 kids). Thank you!

The worst service I have ever experience. Was on hold for 1 hour 49 minutes and I be cut off. Called back and still on hold over 1 hour 19 minutes later. This is a call regarding my 4 year son that 111 advisor me to call them for further help. I have never had a good experience with the reception and they are alway rude, even tho they took this job to help people when they are at the worst. Cant believe I have been on hold since 8.11am and its 11.25am and still on hold. Joke I wouldnt even give it a 1 star

Over an hour wait in cronick pain and they put the phone down not the first time either .....disgusting.... they don't even deserve the one star

Was just on the phone with them waiting for 55 mins got to 1st position in order to speak with someone and then they drop the call. Quite rediculous
