Martin fitted a striped stair carpet for us today and did a fabulous job with difficult stairs. Took time and trouble to get it right. Really pleased with the finished look and praise as well for all aspects of my purchase, all went according to plan with helpful service. Thank you.

We just bought a off cut of line for our Bathroom. We booked a fitter,. Martin turned up on time, Nothing was to much trouble. He was so polite and friendly. He done a good job. He gave us some good advice. Thanks Martin

a very very poor service indeed the carpet was ordered from this branch laid in our back hall by the Wisbech branch was laid over the original carpet which they were paid to take up and dispose of, there is an obvious join and the carpet is now behaving like the ocean with creases everywhere. the assistant manager of the Wisbech branch has inspected and agreed to replace it. However it has been weeks now and last week on Monday he said he would arrange a replacement date and phone me back either that day or the following did not happen. i phoned both last Friday and Saturday leaving a message both times for them to return the call and telling them either to replace the carpet or return the 250.00 STILL NO REPLE HAVE TRIED AGAIN TODAY AMSWERE PHONE ALL THE TIME NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION PAID IN FULL THANK YOU
