I took my dog (Rupert) here for over a decade....first class service and such great people. When he passed at the age of 15...i took him down for cremation . Again very sensitive about everything .A week or so later i got sent a bunch of flowers and a card.. that is beyond any normal veterinary service. I Highly recommend this clinic.

Not helpful. Wanted me to pay 16.99 direct debit to joint a pet health club before I could register my sick dog!

The staff were amazing, and very caring and kind. Taking their time, and giving us time to say goodbye to our faithfully friend. We will be forever grateful to them for making an emotional time, just a bit better for poppy and her mummy and daddy.

Please read and like my other reviews if you want, thanks I took my mum here last week....... Well actually my mum and her cat for its yearly check up. They operate strict Covid-19 rules which involve you parking in the car park a few minutes before your appointment time, making yourself known at the reception (only one person at a time) and then waiting in your car until someone comes out to collect your pet. After your pet has been dealt with they are returned to you and then you wait again to be called into the reception to pay for any treatment. This system seems to work very well and my mother (and cat) returned home shortly afterwards very happy.
