        Took my cat to this vets with a tick. Explained he was a nervous cat and new to the practice, was not allowed in the room. The Nurse then brought my cat back out saying unable to remove the tick. Was then offered a drop. Since then I've tried booking an appointment to have my cats claws clipped and again told NO I would not be allowed in the room with my cat. NO explanation other than its their policy. I have NEVER Before been excluded. Have now found another vet without this ridiculous policy. If you have a nervous pet I would most certainly not recommend this practice.
