The worst car garage I've ever purchased a car from, I would simply advise to stay away from this garage! Purchased a car from them in January 2023, had to go to the mechanic 7 days after purchasing and had been back a couple of times after that. The car has now fully broken down and is unusable just after 3 months of ownership. Contacted Glen at GTJ who has been less than helpful and is refusing to assist even though it's within my consumer rights. No reply to many of my emails and always refusing to take calls!

Purchased a car 3 weeks ago had no end of issues and also still no log book!! Once sold no one gets back to emails or calls. I made the mistake of buying a car through only talking on phone and photos and would never do it again. So far needed new battery a new drivers seat back door handle boot latch. After reading reviews thought they were reliable so just be aware. I feel the need to update as after 3 months still have no log book dur to the new keeper slip being invalid. This company do not help any queries whatsoever. I've had to conact the motor ombudsman for help.

Bought a Focus from here recently and was very impressed with the way it all went. The car was well prepared and the sales process was calm and relaxed, with no pressure from anyone. Triss, Glen and team made sure all the paperwork was ready for when I came to collect my new car, I would highly recommend this dealership. 10/10
