Paul was most helpful in guiding us through our application and succeeded in helping us acquire a mortgage for a 3 bed semi detached house which could have been the end of the story. However the mortgage was lower than what we had wanted to borrow, the interest rate higher than we wanted to pay, and the term in years was shorter than we had requested. So we started again using an Experian mortgage broker and purchased a 4 bed detached house for the mortgage term we wanted, borrowing more than we had been told we could at an interest rate we were happy with and using a mortgage provider who Paul told us had previously turned us down for the lesser amount. This isnt a criticism of Paul. He did everything right but just shows you to look around and not take the first thing you are offered.

Paul was fantastic at handling and setting up our first mortgage. He not only secured us a mortgage for the amount we wanted to borrow but at a great rate within our monthly budget. All completed and set up with no hassle in a short time frame! Thanks again Paul.
