After buying a lectron carb for my 1997 yz 250 from lectron uk thats actually in Australia. Not the uk. Be warned!!. i had to return it. As it did not function so i called suzuki performance had a conversation with them. And i decided to buy my lectron carb from them. And iam absolutely over the moon with it. Trust worthy business big thanks from me

Usually I read the negative reviews and take them with a pinch of salt, but unfortunately this time there is an element of truth in them. I ordered two items and when they hadn't arrived after two weeks I send an email to both email addresses available for the company. No reply! I then phoned them and they said they had problems getting one of the items and it was dispatched a few days earlier, that was fine by me but why didn't they just reply to my email and I'd be happy. Items arrived next day and a week later I decided to install the parts. One part was not the brand I ordered and paid for, the part they had problems getting. The part they supplied was a fraction of the price of the part I ordered so I emailed them asking to refund me the difference or how I can return the full order for a refund, but again, no reply. I sent a couple more asking for an update, and again, no reply. So I gave up! Ordered the correct part from another company and going to have to suffer the financial loss. My advice is use this company at your own risk, there are plenty of other options available, but I for one will not be using them or recommending them. No doubt they will reply to this negative review before they reply to my emails.
