Very rude and ignorant selfish low life and doggie people min spend limit on card payments and half time tell people doesn't work so they need to get cash and laughs behind them this people need to get slap from authorities for what's goin on this shop.

KP & Sons in Downham Market have just provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They not only rudely refused to package items for their EVRI returns service, as stated in the Amazon returns policy, but shouted at me and insulted me when pointing out that this is what I had expected. They then went even further and threatened to not return the item for me. There is no excuse for such appalling behaviour and customer service. Action needs to be taken by EVRI to ensure no other customer needs to suffer this kind of abuse.
