Gym membership is great with different bands to suit your needs. I have a full membership which includes a personal training session each month to push me that bit further. As with all gyms you get a personal training session just for you but Fitness Space steps it up a notch with a cool app so they can track your training and make sure you up your game and book your classes. Memberhsip also includes DNA testing which is really interesting, I should follow a meditterean diet, I've always known I belonged somewhere warmer! :) I highly recommend popping in and taking a look. I used to a home gym person, not anymore.
