Belle Vue Guest House & Cottage

We just spent a short week at one of their cottages and it was amazing. The owners, Martyn and Louise along with their staff (Allison) were fantastic. The cottage was clean and comfortable in a quiet little village. The breakfast was also great, thanks to Martyn! If you are anywhere near the Downham Market area of the English countryside, I highly recommend this place. You will be quite satisfied!

As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed and soon felt at home. The Nelson room was spacious and very well appointed with all that you need. Breakfasts were excellent with spot on service. Its a beautiful old building very tastefully restored and renovated. Wed highly recommend a stay and Martyn and his team will make it a great time Im sure.

Beautiful B&B/Guesthouse with each room in brand new condition. Clean and very well maintained. Attention to detail of each room a major plus. Breakfast was truly awesome. Martyn and Lou are fantastic hosts and super helpful too. We were a family of 8 and each one of us enjoyed every moment as we felt like our own family home. Netflix and Amazon Prime a great value-add to the decorated rooms. Nice location to base and explore Sandringham Estate and Norfolk. Would love to see a swimming pool and a small gym added in time plus some more parking spaces. Cheers! Denver and Downham are small villages so not much to eat as vegetarians but Ely and Kings Lynn offer several dining options. Denver windmill and Ryston Golf course within walking distances. Rooms: Individually designed rooms with different themes each of them tastefully decorated.

It was our first time in Norfolk and we had a fantastic time at Belle Vue Guest House. Room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Martyn, the host, is brilliant! He made his best to accommodate to our needs. Breakfast was amazing too, very fresh food and they catered for my husband who is on a gluten free diet and my daughter who is allergic to eggs which is not always easy. Location is fantastic to visit Sandringham and lots of beautiful towns in Norfolk.
