Dropped my mum off here earlier, I helped her across the gravel car park with her walker and then back again after her appointment, no big deal. To me what was a big deal was the car parked on the only bit of hardstanding that is designated for handicapped drivers, the lady got out of the driver's side and went inside the surgery with no problems at all. Then arrives another car with a frail old lady who parks in the next available space, she gets out and opens the boot to get a wheelchair out for her passenger. The passenger (possibly her son) is struggling to get from the car seat to the wheelchair so I go over and help out. Once he's in the wheelchair the old lady insists on dragging him backwards thru the gravel which is the only way to do it but falls foul of the car on the hardstanding again as they've parked so badly that she can't get thru the gap at the front of the car. The passenger gets out of the car at this point and says he can't move the car because its an automatic but will go and get his wife who must have seen what was going on as she came out and offered to move the car but the old lady and myself had dragged the wheelchair around the other side of the car by then which was still a tight fit between the out turned passenger wheel and the shrubbery. As the old lady who I could tell was frustrated by the situation told the woman not to move the car now she turned and hurried back inside. My gripe is partly with the surgery that could have another adjoining hardstanding area for disabled patients but mainly with the woman who parked her car in the disabled area. It may well be that she has a blue badge for her car but she was more than able to walk (briskly) in and out of the surgery a number of times that I saw so in my opinion didn't really need to have parked in the closest and only hardstanding disabled bay. Surely a decent person wouldn't have parked in in that bay in the first place if it was not needed and then would have at least moved it quickly to another bay once they'd seen what problems their parking was causing. Hopefully the guy in the wheelchair managed to get back into his car easier when he returned.

Trying to book an appointment is a complete nightmare when you finally get thru after 30 calls and go to book an appointment after pressing 1 or 2 I just cuts you off again sort it out

I am discussed by how I have been treated by this surgery I wanted to change to this surgery from my surgery I am at now and I completed a application online I was then informed by reception staff that it is the managers decision if I would be accepted or not on numerous occasions I was told he would call me to speak to me I did not get a phone call so I called them to then be told he is not available the 2nd time he was in a meeting and the reception team could not tell me when it would be a good time to call. I still did not get a phone call I think it is very unprofessional. I called the reception team today and did not get an appolgy or an explanation very disappointed!
