Through fear of you going elsewhere they will tell you 45/50 mins til collection upon order, and then have you wait in your car/waiting room for another hour until it's actually ready, the last 3 orders we've placed on a Saturday have all been 2 hour waits. Apologised profusely the first time it happened, no apologies after or any offer of discount etc. Also they insist on asking you for payment when you arrive then hit you with "it'll be another hour" Will go elsewhere from now on which is a shame as it's one of the better Chinese takeaways

1st time in trying Top Dinner and sadly the last. considering it's up the top of my road (2 min car ride) it was cold, shame
