        Graham at M Bikes is a thoroughly nice guy and supplied me a really nice bike at a reasonable price. Unfortunately after three attempts by Graham to set the (fairly conventional) bike up over a period of one month and one day... I still dont have a fully functional bicycle. Both gears and brakes need adjusting to operate safely. I will have to visit another shop in the hope of finding someone there with the expertise to set my bicycle up now. Would buy again from Graham, but would not use the shop for anything requiring bike tech expertise.
