The staff are always helpful and friendly when l go in there always(bit strange where the sign shows where to stand at the paying in machine ? Where else are you to stand to use it ?) Bit odd

A Customer
Spent 30 minutes queuing to get into the bank was pushed in front and then when I finally got to the counter and asked for 1.00 coins I was told they didn't have any with no apology or explanation. Spoke to the manager who confirmed that they were waiting for 1.00 to come in - is this a joke?
