        It was Halloween at Highaven today my mum as been here since April and all I can say is nothing but praise for everyone from every department they are amazing. My mum has always been a quiet and reserved person, but High Haven have done miracles for my mum she now participates in everything, we went today and all the staff were all in there costumes and went to every resident to participate and make every individual feel special and win on the individual games they provided. Brilliant cant praise them enough.

        Our dearest mum spent her last days here and was very well cared for.The staff were warm and friendly and did the best they could in what is a very difficult job.Thankyou all.
