Apple and Bramble Events

Bethan at Apple and Bramble was the coordinator at our wedding in July. Throughout planning she was full of good suggestions about suppliers and how we could structure the day. The day before she helped us set up all the furniture and decorations. Her help and her ideas for layout and design were invaluable. She made what would have been quite a stressful task really relaxed. She was also able to hire out loads of lovely decorations and props (vases, candlesticks, cushions etc). On the day itself she managed everything perfectly from the beginning to the very end of the night so we didn't have to think about anything. I cannot stress enough what a fantastic job she did!! We had another party at the venue the day after and she was there again, bright and early and by the time we arrived she'd set everything up and it was looking beautiful again. On top of all her hard work, Bethan was just a joy to have around. We so enjoyed spending time with you! I cannot recommend Apple and Bramble highly enough. Thanks for everything :)

Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews! Sadly, I will not be recommending Apple&Bramble to friends and family. At first they sound super keen to get onboard with you and wanting your custom. However as soon as they have received the 50% non-refundable deposit all communication from them stops! I had to send countless amounts of failed calls, emails & Facebook messages before even getting a response. There were many excuses why they didn't reply- none of them seemed legitimate. There was no communication during the Covid-19 lockdown, which I feel was vital due to not knowing whether our wedding was going to take place! We wanted reassurance that they would stick by us during the difficult time. In the end we decided to have a small ceremony this year and a big party next year but due to their lack of communication we have lost faith and confidence in them. Therefore wanting to cancel our booking and a refund issued. After weeks of more Facebook messages, WhatsApps and emails sent, they finally answered a phonecall which they agreed to give us a refund. Was told I would receive an email from Sage with a refund link and that they didn't need any bank details. Today- 3 weeks after that phonecall and we have finally received the refund. We have been informed by a number of people that they've had similar issues. I don't wish any future couple to have to go through this, as it's been truly stressful and tiring to get any form of communication or response from them. It's such a shame it had to end this way, as their work and products seem lovely and one of a kind.

Beth is creatively brilliant, and personally lovely. We've worked with her numerous times, and there's no other stylist we'd use for any event. Her energy is boundless, and her styling is flawless every single time; we're always excited to work on an Apple and Bramble project!

I have had the great privilege of working with Beth on multiple projects. Her attention to detail, creative eye, organisation prowess and general resourcefulness put most of us to shame.
